Welcome to The Gulf Shore Breeze. Our beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet style home/cottage was built in 1988 and is on a huge double lot. We have an amazing view of The Northumberland Strait from upper & lower decks and deeded access to an incredible beach steps away. We share the beach with just 5 families & very rarely is anyone at the beach when we are there.

We used the chalet as our summer home but it is technically a house not a "cottage" because of its full finished basement, wood stove & electric heat. It is so much easier to get a mortgage on a property with a full basement, just ask your bank! It is also a perfect set up for first time home buyers as it comes completely furnished...what a deal!

When you are away you can rent the cottage out. Previous owners rented the cottage out for $1200/wk in the summer & they had long term renters in the winter as Ski Wentworth is only 15 minutes away.
